• A 20% deposit is required to book in your appointment. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. The remaining amount owing is to be paid 7 days prior to the event, or as otherwise agreed. • In the event of a rescheduled event, Maid of Moments may credit your deposit if the content creator is available on the rescheduled date.

• In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the fee (ie. hotel & meter parking).

• Travel fees are dependent on the distance & time required to travel to your location. Calculations are based on distance traveled from Altona, 3018.

• Early morning call times @ 6:30am or prior incur an additional $30 fee.

• Maid of Moments will capture photographs and videos of the event, as well as edit and retouch the imagery. Maid of Moments will also deliver the final content to the Client within the agreed-upon timeframe specified in communication.

• If you’re not 100% satisfied with the content, you can request alterations to the content free of charge. Maid of Moments will work to ensure a perfect outcome for you. If the alterations are substantial and time-intensive, additional fees may apply.

• In no event shall Maid of Moments be liable for any loss or damage resulting from events or circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to, equipment failure, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies.

•The client must take appropriate measures to ensure a safe and adequate working environment. In order for Maid of Moments to complete services to the highest standard, the venue should provide sufficient and appropriate lighting for the content creation. This includes both natural lighting and artificial lighting as necessary. If the venue lacks adequate lighting, the Content Creator should be informed as soon as possible. Maid of Moments may be required to provide additional lighting equipment to ensure the best quality content

• Maid of Moments reserves the right to use photographic/film records of the event for promotional/commercial purposes (unless otherwise agreed).

• Privacy and Consent: should any guest not want to be captured in content, please disclose information to Maid of Moments.
